There’s something wrong with my BriteBrush™. I think I’m brushing correctly, but it is not responding.

BriteBrush™ has patented sensors that know if you’re brushing correctly. To get started, press the button to turn on your BriteBrush™, and follow the audio instructions.  When it’s time to start brushing, brush up and down or in small circles…that’s how you’ll keep the games going! When prompted, change sides. Make sure to brush each quadrant of your teeth, inside and out, tops and bottoms (including biting surfaces).  

If you are following the audio guide and brushing correctly, but your BriteBrush™ toothbrush is not responding in the way you would expect, try these troubleshooting techniques:

Make sure you have fresh batteries.
