How do I lower the volume on my BriteBrush™?

To reduce the volume, your BriteBrush™ must first be OFF.

Press & hold the button on the side and continue holding the button until you hear “low volume” then release the button. That will start a new brushing session with a lower volume.

Tip: Make sure you don’t release the button until you hear “low volume”. If you release the button before you hear “low volume”, it will automatically be set at a regular volume.  Simply turn the toothbrush off again by pressing and holding the button on the side until you hear the power down sound, then try again.
